Description
Looking for a simple, easy economics activity that helps the student learn about the cost of living and managing a budget? This resource will teach the concept and compare where they currently live to another location of their choice. Then they will apply what they learned in a game where they must build a house using graham crackers, frosting, and M&M’s for decoration. They each will be assigned a game card with a listed salary and expenses. They will need to track their money and expenses in order to build their house and win the game! It’s a fun and engaging way to teach math and simple money management.
