Mama, Take Time For Yourself!

by | Home Management

Hey, Mama! Don’t forget to take time for yourself. It’s ok to build time into your schedule for something you need or enjoy. Just because we are moms and our kiddo’s world rotates on us doesn’t mean we have to give up our identity. They will survive without me for the afternoon and I will be a better mom tomorrow because I took some time to refresh myself.

I have a ton of things to do today including grocery shopping but I have combined that with a pedicure and a haircut because I need it. When I planned my week I built this in and honestly, I have looked forward to it all week.

How did I plan my week? Watch my scheduling video I recorded a couple of weeks ago to find out about The Hobbs Crew method!

I have also included a free Simplified Schedule printable to make it easier to plan that time in for yourself.

CrewTip: The Concept Behind My Crazy

Put the Simplified Schedule in a dry erase-able page protector so it can change at a moment’s notice.  Trust me on this one!

I’d love to hear how this works for you!

Are you a mom? Then you need to make time for yourself in order to be at your best.
